TAL Education prices IPO at $10, at the high end of the range

TAL Education Group, which is China's largest after-school tutoring service provider for K-12 students, raised $120 million on Tuesday by offering 12 million shares at $10, at the high end of the $8 to $10 proposed range. TAL Education Group plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol XRS. Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
