Fast fashion retailer Body Central prices IPO at $13, below the range

Body Central Corp., a fashion retailer targeting women in their teens and twenties, raised $65 million by offering 5 million shares at $13, below the range of $14-$16. Body Central Corp. plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol BODY. Piper Jaffray and Jefferies & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
