KEYW Holding prices IPO at $10.00, low end of the range

KEYW Holding, a defense contractor roll-up that offers cyberintelligence and cybersecurity systems, raised $91 million by offering 9.1 million shares at $10.00, the low end of the range of $10.00 to $12.00. KEYW Holding plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol KEYW. Suntrust Robinson Humphrey was the bookrunner on the deal.
