Buffets Holdings, owner and operator of 360 buffet restaurants in 38 states principally under the names of Old Country Buffet and Home Town Buffet, announced on Friday that it plans to go public. Credit Suisse First Boston, Banc of America Securities and CIBC World Markets have been selected as joint book-running managers for the deal. Terms and a pricing date have not yet been determined.
