Active Power Technology prices at the top end of its range

Active Power Technology, a maker of chips used by original equipment manufacturers in their manufacturing and telecommunication equipment products to more efficiently control power flows, priced 3.5 million shares at $15. Stephens was the lead underwriter. The stock will open for trading on Tuesday.
