Flagship Credit officially withdraws $50 million stale IPO filing

Flagship Credit, a subprime auto lender with $2.3 billion in assets, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Monday. It originally filed in April 2015 with a proposed deal size of $50 million. It did not disclose a ticker or an exchange.

The Chadds Ford, PA-based company was founded in 2005 and booked $183 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2015.
