Microphase, which manufactures microwave electronic components for military use, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Tuesday. It originally filed in July 2016 with a proposed deal size of $12 million.
The Shelton, CT-based company was founded in 1955 and booked $8 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2016. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq. Joseph Gunnar was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
