Colony Global Acquisition, a blank check company formed by Colony Capital's Thomas Barrack, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Monday. It had filed to raise $300 million by offering 30 million shares at a price of $10.
The Los Angeles, CA-based company was founded in 2015 and had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CCACU. Credit Suisse was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
