JWiz, which offers online marketing solutions that connect businesses with Jewish consumers, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $12 million in an initial public offering.
The Kew Gardens, NY-based company booked $2 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2016. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol JWIZ. Joseph Gunnar & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
