Extraction Oil & Gas, an oil and gas E&P operating in the Denver-Julesburg Basin, raised $633 million by offering 33.3 million shares at $19, above the range of $15 to $18. Extraction Oil & Gas plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol XOG. Credit Suisse, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Citi, KeyBanc Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
