Blank check for the man who brought you Power Rangers: Saban Capital Acquisition prices IPO at $10

Saban Capital Acquisition, a blank check company formed by billionaire media mogul Haim Saban, raised $235 million by offering 23.5 million shares at $10. It originally filed to raise $200 million by offering 20 million shares. In its S-1 filing, the company notes that Saban Entertainment introduced to the United States the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Saban Capital Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol SCACU. Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
