Property/casualty insurer James River Group sets terms: 4.4mm shares at $16-$18

James River Group, an insurance holding company that capitalizes and manages specialty property/casualty insurance companies, announced Friday morning that it will offer 4.4 million shares within a price range of $16-$18. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the company will have an initial market capitalization of $265 million. Keefe Bruyette Woods is slated as the lead manager on the deal. Timing has yet to be determined.
