Atomera, which is developing an additive silicon technology to enhance CMOS-type transistors, raised $24 million by offering 3.2 million shares at $7.50, the price it had initially set terms with. Atomera plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ATMR. National Securities acted as a lead manager on the deal.
