At Home Group, which operates 115 home décor stores in the South and Midwest, raised $130 million by offering 8.7 million shares at $15, within the range of $14 to $16.
At Home Group plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol HOME. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
