Blank check company M III Acquisition prices IPO at $10

M III Acquisition, a blank check company formed by turnaround veteran Mohsin Meghji, raised $150 million on Thursday by offering 15 million units at $10 per unit. The company listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol MIIIU and traded down 4% on its first day of trading. Cantor Fitzgerald acted as a lead manager on the deal.
