Micro-cap private network provider Full Spectrum files for a $17 million IPO

Full Spectrum, which develops and deploys private licensed wireless broadband networks, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $17 million in an initial public offering.

The Sunnyvale, CA-based company was founded in 2006. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FMAX. Joseph Gunnar & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
