Global Medical REIT, a health care REIT with a portfolio of 12 facilities, raised $130 million by offering 13 million shares at $10, the low end of the range of $10 to $12. Global Medical REIT plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol GMRE. Wunderlich Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
