Telepizza, a Permira- and KKR-backed pizza chain in Europe and Latin America, raised €550 million ($617 million) by offering 71 million shares at €7.75, the low end of the narrowed range of €7.75 to €8.75.
The San Sebastian de Los Reyes, Spain-based company plans to list on the Bolsa de Madrid. BofA Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays, BBVA and Nomura Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal which is expected to price in April 25, 2016.
