KLR Energy Acquisition, a blank check company led by the former CEO of EPL Oil and & Gas and formed to acquire a US E&P, raised $80 million by offering 8 million shares at $10. KLR Energy Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol KLREU. EarlyBird Capital, Inc. acted as a lead manager on the deal.
