PENNthouses for rent: ETRE Residential files for a $35 million IPO

ETRE Residential, a REIT formed to own residential rental communities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $35 million in an initial public offering. 

The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 2015, plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol EPNT. The entities to be acquired booked $4 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2014. No underwriters or pricing terms were disclosed.
