IPO not working so good, man: Goodman Networks withdraws IPO

Goodman Networks, which provides network infrastructure services to the wireless telecom industry, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Tuesday.

The Plano, TX-based company was founded in 2000 and booked $1.2 billion in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2014. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GNET. BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
