TransUnion prices IPO at $22.50, above the midpoint

TransUnion, one of the three major credit bureaus in the US, raised $665 million by offering 29.5 million shares at $22.50, above the midpoint of the $21-$23 range. TransUnion plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TRU. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
