IASIS Healthcare, operator of 15 acute care hospitals in Utah, Arizona, Florida and Texas, is seeking a $200 million offering. The Franklin, TN based company announced Tuesday that it is going to offer 13.35 million shares at a range of $14-$16. Merrill Lynch, along with seven other underwriters, will take this deal to market.
