STORE Capital prices IPO at $18.50, toward the high end

STORE Capital, a REIT formed by Oaktree Capital with 850 single-tenant commercial properties, raised $509 million by offering 27.5 million shares at $18.50, within the range of $17 to $19. STORE Capital plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol STOR. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
