INC Research prices IPO at $18.50 midpoint

INC Research Holdings, a contract research organization specializing in CNS, cancer and complex diseases, raised $150 million by offering 8.1 million shares at $18.50, the midpoint of its $17 to $20 range. INC Research Holdings will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol INCR. Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
