Pet food company Freshpet prices IPO at $15, above the range

Freshpet, which sells fresh pet food via custom fridges installed at over 12,500 retail stores, raised $156 million by offering 10.4 million shares at $15, above the $12-$14 range. The company now commands a fully diluted market cap of $499 million and an enterprise value of $472 million. Freshpet will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FRPT. Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
