Upland Software prices IPO at $12, at the low end of the range

Upland Software, which offers a suite of acquired cloud-based enterprise work management software, raised $46 million by offering 3.8 million shares (all primary) at $12, at the low end of the range of $12 to $14. Upland Software plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol UPLD. Upland Software initially filed confidentially on 5/13/2014. William Blair and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
