Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin prices IPO at the $26 midpoint

Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin, the third largest bank headquartered in Wisconsin with 54 locations, raised $10 million by offering 0.4 million shares at $26, within the range of $25 to $27. Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ABCW. Sandler O'Neill acted as the lead manager on the deal.
