Blank check company AR Capital Acquisition prices IPO at $10

AR Capital Acquisition, a blank check company formed by the co-founders of American Realty Capital, raised $240 million by offering 24 million shares at $10. AR Capital Acquisition plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol AUMAU. Citi acted as the lead manager on the deal.
