Coupons.com, which distributes digital coupons for consumer packaged good companies, raised $168 million by offering 10.5 million shares at $16, above the range of $12 to $14. Coupons.com plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol COUP. Coupons.com initially filed confidentially on 10/25/2013. Goldman Sachs, Allen & Company, BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
