IMMRSIV, a Singapore-based provider software consultancy services using AR and VR, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Tuesday. It originally filed in December 2022 and most recently planned to raise $7 million by offering 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5.
IMMRSIV was founded in 2007 and booked $1 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2023. It had planned to list on the BZX under the symbol IMSV. Prime Number Capital was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
