Private jet charter companies take off with SPAC mergers, IPOs, and direct listings

The air mobility space is taking off, and small aviation companies are lining up to go public. In addition to Surf Air Mobility's direct listing last month, six more private air travel companies are on tap to list in the US (four via SPAC, two via IPO). In the past month alone, three private jet transportation companies filed or announced listings.

Over the past year and a half, air mobility listings have largely shifted from pre-revenue next-gen aircraft developers to commercial-stage air transportation companies.
