We are a bank holding company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee. Through our wholly owned bank subsidiary, Franklin Synergy Bank, a Tennessee-chartered commercial bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System, we provide a full range of banking and related financial services with a focus on service to small businesses, corporate entities, local governments and individuals. We operate through 11 branches in the demographically attractive and growing Williamson and Rutherford Counties within the Nashville metropolitan area. As of December 31, 2014, we had consolidated total assets of $1.36 billion, total loans, including loans held for sale, of $806 million, total deposits of $1.17 billion and total shareholders’ equity of $122 million.
